Privacy Policy

Last updated October 25, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Signalry, Inc. (“Signalry,” “we,” “us”) collects when you visit our websites, buy or subscribe to our digests and services, or contact us, and what we do with it. Questions: hello@signalry.ai.

Information we collect

  • Contact information. Your name, email address, and anything else you choose to send us, for example through an intake form, an order, or an email.
  • Purchase information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your card or other payment details directly; we do not see or store full card numbers. Stripe shares with us what we need to run your order, such as your name, email, billing country or postal code, what you bought, and payment status.
  • Email lists. If you buy a digest, subscribe, or ask to hear from us, we keep your email address on the relevant mailing list, along with basic delivery records (for example, whether a message was delivered or bounced).
  • Site visit logs. On some public pages we record a simple visit log: the page visited, the referring page, the browser type, and the time. We do not store your IP address in these logs. Where we need to tell repeat or automated visits apart, we keep only a one-way hash derived from it, not the address itself. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

  • To deliver what you bought or asked for, including digests, reports, and replies to your messages.
  • To process payments, manage subscriptions, and keep billing and tax records.
  • To send you the emails you signed up for, and service messages about your order or account.
  • To keep our sites working and secure, and to understand in aggregate which pages are used.
  • To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run Signalry, and only as needed:

  • Stripe, for payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Email providers, to send and receive email, including digests and mailing lists.
  • Hosting and database providers, which store and serve our websites and records.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights or safety of people or of Signalry, or as part of a merger, sale, or reorganization of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to people who need it, and reputable providers for payments and hosting. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and order information while you are a customer or subscriber and for as long afterward as we need it for billing, tax, accounting, or legal reasons. Visit logs are kept only as long as they are useful for understanding site use. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and deletion requests

  • Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the email or by writing to us. Service messages about an active purchase may still be sent.
  • Access, correction, or deletion. Email hello@signalry.ai to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days. We may keep records we are legally required to keep, such as payment and tax records, and we may need to verify your identity first.

Children

Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will tell customers by email.
