Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use websites run by Signalry, Inc. (“Signalry,” “we,” “us”) or buy our paid digests, subscriptions, reports, or other services (together, the “Services”). By buying or using the Services you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

What you get

Each digest or service is described on the page where you buy it, including what it covers, how often it arrives, and the price. That description is part of these terms. Digests are delivered by email to the address you give at checkout, so please keep it current.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge the payment method you provide for the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.

Subscriptions and renewal

If you buy a subscription, it renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged at each renewal, until you cancel. If we change the price of a subscription, we will email you before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time by emailing hello@signalry.ai, or through a billing link we provide if your receipt includes one. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to what you have already paid for until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Except as described here or required by law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not give partial refunds for unused time in a billing period. If you were charged in error, charged after you cancelled, or did not receive what you paid for, email hello@signalry.ai within 30 days of the charge and we will fix it, including by refund where appropriate.

How you may use the Services

Digests and reports are for your own use, or your organization’s internal use. Please do not resell, republish, or redistribute them in bulk without our written permission. You may not use the Services for anything unlawful, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Our content

We own the Services and the content we create for them, except for material we collect from public sources, which remains the property of its owners. Buying a digest gives you a license to use it as described above, not ownership of it.

No warranty

We work to make the Services accurate and useful, but they are provided “as is” and “as available.” Our digests summarize information, much of it from public sources, and may contain errors or omissions or be out of date. They are not legal, financial, or other professional advice; check important details with the original source before relying on them. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Signalry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Ending service

We may suspend or end the Services for anyone who breaks these terms. If we discontinue a paid Service, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maine, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above, and tell subscribers by email about significant changes. Changes apply from the next billing period or purchase after they are posted.
